At Common Vision, we believe that we can provide the greatest assistance to our customers by providing support in the early stages of the project in helping them to identify suitable processes, controls and techniques and to assist them in the introduction of these techniques through training, support and mentoring.

We believe we can best achieve this objective through the following:

• Focus: Common Vision maintains a clear focus on effective Project establishment and we believe that the key roles at the early stages are Project Management and Business Systems Analysis (Including Requirements Definition and Business Process Engineering).

• Standards & Certification: Common Vision believe that adherence to standards and a formal level of (industry-recognized) accreditation or certification is increasingly important for the successful delivery of projects and while we do not mandate industry accreditation for all contract personnel we support industry accreditation by:

1. Implementing a role-based accreditation program for permanent personnel and
2. Including “applicable industry accreditation” as a highly desirable attribute for all contract roles and encouraging all Common Vision contract personnel to undertake accreditation in an agreed discipline.

• Multi-discipline skills: Effective project establishment is greatly supported by consultants and managers with an appreciation for all of the roles required for successful project delivery. Common Vision believes that our Project Managers and Business Analysts can provide a superior service to our customers by being encouraged and supported to develop skills in complementary disciplines.

• Experience: Common Vision recognize that each assignment contains a distinct set of challenges and that we must work with our customers to fully understand their specific needs.
