Introduction

Common Vision provides a range of consulting services but we have found that some customers have common needs. For this reason we have identified suitable combinations of activities to provide a small number of packaged services.

Each packaged service is defined by:

• The specified objectives for the engagement
• A consistent set of activities to be performed
• A definition of the key customer inputs and the deliverables from the exercise
• Indicative estimates of effort and duration for typical engagements of this type
